I attended Drew University to earn my bachelor's in economics and political science. While I attended DU, I spent a semester studying at the United Nations. I went to SUNY Albany to earn my masters degree in economics. I began working in the private sector, during which time I became a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist. I worked as an adjunct teacher for Quincy College teaching finance and economics. I served as a substitute teacher in Quincy's and Braintree's public school system. Currently, I am working at a local college as the Associate Dean of General Studies. Toastmasters International awarded me with the Competent Communicator designation. The organization is known for bolstering people's speaking and leadership skills. Since 2001, I have enjoyed teaching in classroom and private settings. I love teaching economics and government. It is constantly relevant to our lives. I enjoy finance due to my career in finances and retirement planning. I can work one-on-one or in small groups with students to assist them in learning microeconomics, business, political science, and econometrics, among other relevant subjects. I am confident in my abilities to offer the support, patience, and encouragement needed to ensure success in education. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, rooting for Boston sports and completing puzzles.
